Our CEO & Founder David Punter had a vision that by approaching the problem from a perspective of "impossible" and then working back to a position of "achievable", allows both customer and supplier to get the best services available at that point in the technology evolution. We then go on to review the process and technology on an interactive basis allowing a best of breed culture in our modern working place.

Meet the team
Having worked in the automotive repair market for over 30 years, David is well placed to lead the innovative team to success in this space.
During his time, he has held key roles at manufacturer level, insurance support, IT systems providers, insurtech, fintech and latterly a well-established firm of consultancy
David is currently a Director of the Institute of Automotive Engineer Assessors and a regular contributor to the Assessor Magazine.
He is also a keen supporter of the Staffordshire retired police dog fund and a committee member raising awareness of the heroes with paws when then retire (and has adopted a retired police dog called Alfie)
Lou is our hub of connectivity ensuring the office, remote workers, and customer remain connected.
Her background is complex automotive business management and administration.
Lou is also the office baker, we hope to see her on Great British Bake off one day.... she has already faced the Chasers on ITV!
A seasoned automotive professional with over 40 years of experience, running his own businesses since 1985, Nirmal started by establishing a small car repair workshop, leading to fully fledged successful dealerships.
During this period, Nirmal established relationships to become a trusted partner for collaborations, which led to working with such names as Securicor, DVLA, SMMT and DVSA to develop and test solutions which have matured to become standard industry operating processes..
Having a full R&D team and working with leading academic institutions, Nirmal is now fully engaged in the development of leading edge digital solutions and services, using ML, Al and Computer Vision with focus on business processes, automation, and scientific decision making.
Paul is a well-respected engineering specialist with many years of experience in the industry from repair VDA, Staff Engineer, and latterly Network Manager for an industry recognised organisation.
